Recategorizing a report causes a new report to be appended to the bottom of the first page of the original report.
(recategorize.py)

Expected behavior (vs. what you encountered)

Recategorizing a report generates fresh reports

Any additional information

Perhaps the removal of the original report*.html is failing?
