Embed mermaid or plantuml renderer

Not sure if this project uses react-markdown but remarkjs/react-markdown#394 specifies we can add additional plugins to do mermaid diagrams.

I was wondering if there's a way to tweak the options object to allow exposing the plugin element so we can inject the mermaid diagrams or perhaps another plugin like prettify to make the code colored nicer

No, it does not.

We have a commercial developer portal which has API reference docs integrated that supports Mermaid diagrams.
