Add a brief description of the method and the inputs/outputs required (a 'quick start').

Include a link to the original paper: Supper et al

and optionally the Dockerhub image: reedcompbio/bowtiebuilder

Clarify that the input network is expected to be a DIRECTED graph. (It's read as a nx.DiGraph() object).
