Add Single Episodes to a podcast - Erstausstrahlung

Sometimes podcasters send us an audio file. We want to schedule this episode for a special date. They publish this episode for the first time on ReliveRadio and later the episode ist published in their own podcast feed.

User Story:

ReliveRadio Admin goes to the podcast in podcast management. Then he uploads the received audio file and adds some metadata (title, description, ...). The episode is added to the podcast but flagged as preview for example. Then the Admin schedules the episode like any other episode in playlist management. The episode is featured in the schedule (highlighted).

Important: Find a way how to replace this manually added episode with the episode the podcaster releases in his rss feed afterwards.
