Feature Request: Tracking emergency vehicles

The ability to track emergency vehicles, in addition to players would be quite nice. So if an emergency vehicle is stolen in roleplay, it can still be tracked and the criminals can remove the GPS from it to disable the tracker.

Probably wouldn't be super hard to add.

I can probably look into it down the line as soon as everything is working as expected.
