Issue: Users did not find the “Tenant’s Together” directory on the Resources page very helpful, and they did not know how to directly contact someone for help.

Solution: Add a direct contact number/email on the Resources page. Carmen is currently in contact with Housing Now and they will provide me with a number/email.
