Change type treatment to Semoasa (title case) instead of SEMOASA #14

I think the title case is a little easier on the eye, easier on the fingers, and makes the acronym seem a bit less forced.

Updated the project name and acronym expansion

Issue #14 - Updated the project name to "Semoasa", title-case instead of all-caps. 
Issue #15 - Changed acronym expansion to "Annotations" instead of "Applications"
