Create a theme week around command line interfaces

  • Tech: argparse, click
  • Tech: #! lines
  • Interfaces: how to design good interface: input/output arguments, don't hardcode paths, what are some special cases
  • Philosophy: why are command lines still used? What do you get out of it?
  • Connection: workflow managers

This probably lets us make a fully integrated theme week.

This could nicely connect to #38 (session on how to run stuff in parallel using command line) in a following week.
