Create a theme week around command line interfaces

Tech: argparse, click
Tech: #! lines
Interfaces: how to design good interface: input/output arguments, don't hardcode paths, what are some special cases
Philosophy: why are command lines still used? What do you get out of it?
Connection: workflow managers

This probably lets us make a fully integrated theme week.

This could nicely connect to #38 (session on how to run stuff in parallel using command line) in a following week.
