Signal flow of LTE positioning with Restcomm GMLC follows.
jDiameter SLh and SLg and Jain-Slee.diameter pending review as for work done in RestComm/jdiameter#48 and RestComm/jain-slee.diameter#15 and RestComm/jain-slee.diameter#16 (Wireshark traces from Junit tests with all AVPs populated also attached here -Wireshark's dictionary needs to be updated as it only contains a subset of SLh and SLg AVPs, also attached-).
