probably needs to fetch the file contents and then show them in a paragraph.

For blazor there seems to be a markdown clientside renderer: https://github.com/StardustDL/RazorComponents.Markdown
and there's a component to download file contents to the browser: https://github.com/arivera12/BlazorDownloadFile
