The rex repo uses $releasever. On RHEL, this can be a number of different values (6Server, 7Server, 7Workstaion, possibly also with Client).

To fix this, you might want to just hard-code the path with '6' or '7', which is what EPEL7 does (i.e. replace \$releasever with ${version}). Alternatively you could create symlinks with all the possible releasever values under http://rex.linux-files.org/CentOS/.
