Add date of data to the display

Users frequently want to know how current the data are in the display. Add the date of the data files to the display so users have this information readily available.

For example - Data current as of MM/DD/YYYY

One potentially tricky issue to consider - what's most important is the date of the data cut, not necessarily the date the data were compiled or the chart was updated. Getting at the underlying date the data were last run will be a little thorny.
