Subject values appear jumbled and headers are not aligned

As you can see in the photo above, the data that appears when a series of plot points is selected is hard to read. Perhaps we can make the font smaller or align the headers in the same way.

Trivial to fix. Just need to run this through d3.format('.1f')(). Need to decide whether it's worth doing in a bug fix, or if we should wait for v2.1.0
