Not able to start Theme Park Manager - PEB address error

Hello everyone, I'm trying in vain to run Theme Park Manager on my Windows computer (Win10). I already have SafeDiscShim installed. Now when I start the game, nothing happens. Only the following log messages appear:

I deleted the file called drvmgt.dll as mentioned in the instructions.
