Update readme for clarity around "template" vs "generator"

I was initially confused by this repo. It's obvious what this repo does now that someone explained to me that it generates projects, but I think it would be helpful to explicitly state this somewhere prominent at the beginning of the readme. At first I saw "template" and thought this repo was a skeleton for projects to be built with.
