I have found a list with the connections of the channels, I put it here in case you are interested in taking a look at it.

In my case I have added the Everybody Votes Channel, which I have seen in DNS that the wii requests connection.

vtp.wapp.wii.com - 164.132.44.106

I've also changed this

rcw.wc24.wii.com - 164.132.44.106
