What did you do? ？

The permission "NEARBY_WIFI_DEVICES" is not showing in [Template] and not showing in [always showing permissions list]
But it's showing in separated permissions list for the app

What did you expect to see?

Should be showing on [Template] and [always showing permissions list] like separated permissions list

The permission is missing from [Template] and [always showing permissions list] but it's showing in [separated permissions list]
