Sui stays in settings popup after removing magisk module

When I removed Sui module in magisk the settings popup remained (I rebooted afterwards). Is there a fix, maybe some config file I can edit? Tried reinstalling/removing Sui again - still the same issue. Android 13, Magisk 26.3+Zygisk, Motorola edge+ 2023.
