Added the most requested feature ever: animations and launch sounds!
as you scroll around the grid with the new smooth scrolling, you will notice icons animating!
Animations have been implemented for all cards and icons that support them, as well as launch sounds for games that support those (such as the upcoming rowbot rally!)
Cards have been adjusted to stand out from icons more, as well as line up with launch animations that incorporate cards.
Basically, biggg polish update!

I've been working on this for a whole... four days. Cool. Ty to scratchminer who helped a ton with the installer, and to rae who's art I was too lazy to remove. Im sorry if you read the source code for this but heres the pdx for the installer. If you want to put it in the sim, go into the pdx folder and rename IndexOS to Launcher.pdx and replace the launcher pdx in your system directory of the simulator.
