Expected Behavior

Valorant starts successfully

Actual Behavior

BSOD during Valorant launch

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Run Valorant
  2. Wait until you have a BSOD

Specifications

  • Version: Valorant 7.03
  • OS: Windows 11 Build 25926.1000 to 25936.1000

Explaination

Since Windows 11 Insider Preview Update 25926.1000 "Canary" branch, Vanguard, more precisely the file "vgk.sys" crashes Windows (BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION). Reinstalling Vanguard doesn't work, nor does reinstalling Valorant or Riot Client. There is a problem with Vanguard's Windows service (FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_vgk!unknown_function / More information in .zip file (Windows Minidump File)). The crash appears after a long game load when Valorant starts up, followed by a Blue Screen of Death. This problem occurs for all Windows Insiders in the Canary branch. Vanguard needs to be adapted to the latest version of Windows 11 Canary

They accidently cut a file in system32 instead of simply copying it along with your other files to their servers. Usual thing
