Peter Wyrsch from Blue Forest turned me on to Headwater Economics. There is some phenomenal data available to download by community, by BLM district, or USFS ranger district (e.g. Cache-Uintah). This includes hard data and spatial data on:
Poke around and get some inspiration. The way they make really easy excel and PDF reports of the graphical and tabular data is very inspiring. The spatial data portals are very clean. I like that they do not have one map interface for discovery. Every single map product is very careful tailored for that specific purpose/audience.
@lauren-herbine and @shelbysawyer you should take a look at this for awareness and context. However, @philipbaileynar and @MattReimer should take a look for ideas and inspiration.
