As an end user, I'd like to have a site Generator Tool, so that starting new projects is as simple as running the tool with options.

Example:

scaffold --with-sample <my site>

Then the tool creates a new node project, pulls down mvc-webapp as a dependency and builds the file structure. This may optionally add sample code.
