Build a consensus among multiple auto-referee implementations

You can simply install this app by running:
go get -u github.com/RoboCup-SSL/ssl-autoref-consensus
You can then run the app with:
ssl-autoref-consensus
Make sure that you have added your GO_PATH to your system path.
To rebuild: go install
Run the executable: ssl-autoref-consensus
