Hey, @codewithbharat, thanks for asking, sure. I will explain.
If you look into the image, you will see the form has three fields, but this form is customizable; it can have an "n" number of questions (all these questions are fetched through a Postgres DB that we are using in the Open Event Server). The event organizer can add those questions while creating the event -> this is what we are trying to solve in 101.

So you see the relation between them; in simple terms, 101 provides the questions, and this issue feature shows them to the users.
