Enhancement

  • I need to add a to each session with the customer.
  • Should be searchable & retrievable so it can be documented.
  • Allow support team to merge a new Chat ID with an old existing one maintaining the older ID since by that time it should be documented.
  • Based on support team members should be able to retrieve the history of any closed/open chat.
