Comparison in rows

Hi,
I want to use your code in my project as in it is of great help. I want show a separate(extra row) to show differences of table. One containing text of doc1 and the other containing text of doc2 with differences and colors. How can I cater it? I am unable to find it in your code where you are catering table tags or how to modify it according to the requirement. Pls tell.
