I noticed this while looking into why Precision Engineering was not working after quick loading when using Fine Road Heights. It appears that every quick load FineRoadHeights adds a new NetToolFine so my mod is finding the incorrect tool.

I've implemented a workaround in PE but just thought you might want to fix this here.
