Motif Scaffolding with secondary structure constraints

Dear community,

I was wondering if is it possible to do motif scaffolding, but specifying the type of secondary structures to be made or pdb template to use.
I've tried the following setting, but I think they are not compatible with each other:

    **inference.output_prefix=$OUTDIR/
    scaffoldguided.scaffoldguided=True 
    scaffoldguided.target_ss=$OUTDIR/scaffolds/000_ss.pt 
    scaffoldguided.target_adj=$OUTDIR/scaffolds/000_adj.pt 
    inference.num_designs=10 
    inference.input_pdb=$PDBDIR/pocket.pdb 
    'contigmap.contigs=[12-20/B14-18/1-5 1-3/B22-28/5-20 5-20/B42-46/1-10]'**
