AgentTicketProcess: DisplayActivityDialog: Fields tilted (box below the label) when it has a Long Description

When adding a Description (long) to any field in a Process Management Activity Dialog, either the label moves up or the value boxes move down. It's looking good when you try to create a new process ticket.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a process with a first Activity with a first Activity Dialog
• Add a field and put in something in "Description (long)"
• Save and deploy it
• If it was the first activity and the first activity dialog, go to Tickets > New process ticket (AgentTicketProcess), select your process and see that it's ok because the tooltip icon is on the left.
• Click Submit to create the ticket and stay in the same Activity.
• Click on the button for the same Activity Dialog and see that now the fields are "below" the labels and the tooltip icons are now right of the labels.

Tested on OTOBO 11.0.7 on ov294 and on another system with OTOBO 11.0.5 Docker.
On my system I used Apple with Safari, on the other system I used Windows with Google Chrome.
