This is blocked by Routelandia/routelandia-server#82

Once that is done:
Highways entities have an opposite_highwayid field which indicates their paired highwayid.
When highway objects are parsed by the app their colors should be assigned dynamically, ensuring that the two highways with mutually reciprocating opposite ids.
