The problem is actually that you cannot add these weapon skills later (for the initial mage/thief I guess there are other weapon skills).

I guess I was not very clear describing this issue. The man, who found it, recorded a video, I hope it will help to identify and fix the bug: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fxI98PfqRopAxrvtElTnDg6NbaBiIUjJ/view . Can you take a look at it please?

I am not sure that this issue has any relation to Sandrah mod. Aside from assigning an existing class (13 MAGE_THIEF) to that version of Imoen, nothing is changed in the definition/progress/ability etc for that class. Possible sources for the problem may be how these classes are treated in BGEE vs BG2EE vs EET or the used GUI treats them. Other source may be changes made by other mods to mage or thief classes.
PS - note that ALL versions of Imoen in the original games use profiency 233 on her sword and bow slots (set it to 1 from the onset) and that this feature may be lost by whatever mod is involved...means this will also exist without Sandrah mod.
