Power and Heating issues on builds compiled with clang 19

While it definitely improves performance noticeably but the side effects include higher cpu usage which increases drain(+1 % per hr to active drain).

i recently flashed stock and have tested this using battery guru and fkm's battery monitor too
drain is definitely higher
