Stable API v2.0 specification should be released

The aim of this work is to finish the design of the v2.0 API. We have to keep in mind that this API should be flexible enough for a long term maintenance. That means, we should be able to add new features like multi-nodes management, L2 Network virtualization, and so on without any breaking change in the API.
