Describe the bug
The documentation describes how to build the Overview and Active Calculus books but not thinkcpp, cpp4python, etc.

What changes would you suggest? I don't want to write specific instructions for every book on Runestone Academy.

I was thinking it would be helpful to explain it in more generality so it was relevant to Java, etc. Depending on your thoughts, I was going to recommend the student who is working with me right now write them.
