Any way to disable the led flashing when switching programs

I have been using an older version for a while and after I switch to the latest,I notest that the gamepad led is flashing every single time I switch between a game that have a profile and something that doesn't

Disabling the option "Revert to default profile on unknown" fixes that but I often have problems when that option is not enabled
For example there is a game that I send keyboard keys only and when I switch out of it and start something new that doesn't have a profile,the gamepad is still using the old profile and the game don't detect a gamepad(which is expected since the option is not enabled)

It's just bothering me when I constantly switch in and out of a game

One other problem caused by not having that option enabled is(I don't know if it's a bug or expected),even if I click on Apply and Ok,as long as the current profile is not reloaded,any changes I make it,are not applied when I go back in the game

And one more question.
Is it possible to have the led be on when the gamepad is usb connected and off when it is not
