Check for config store CLIENTS_CHANGE_LOG

Hello
First, great work here.
We uses the 1ACHANGE.xml script for implmenting the client change option into the technical monitoring. But the issue is, this monitors only the actual situation at the time when the data collection is running.
Is there any possibility to implment a check for the config store CLIENTS_CHANGE_LOG. In solution manager it was possible to define a monitoring check direct to this config store to monitor changes in the client change option between two collection interval.
