App Not deploying to cloud foundry due to Husky error #72

I'm getting an error while trying to deploy to Cloud Foundry with husky not found. There's similar issue : typicode/husky#945

This line in particular from package.json is creating an issue for me:
"prepare": "node ./.husky/skip.js || husky install",
