Popover Arrow Placement

As you probably know, we have several placement options for the popover component. Here the examples. All of these options can be divided into Center and Align categories.

• Center mode is pretty simple thou. No matter which size of the trigger or the popover body - arrow will be centered in any case.

• Align mode however isn't so simple. Centring arrow by the trigger may come up with issue 4. In its turn centring by the body may come up with issue 6. In both cases when arrow centered by trigger (body) - it's not centered by the body (trigger).

That's the question to you, which approach do you prefer more?

• Fixed arrow offset.
  Arrow will have fixed offset from the side by which trigger & body are aligned and won't be centered neither by the arrow or by the body. It's the current behavior.
• Center arrow by the body then by the trigger.
  Arrow will be centered by the body if it's possible (5), otherwise it will be centered by the trigger (3).
• Center arrow by the trigger then by the body.
  Arrow will be centered by the trigger if it's possible (3), otherwise it will be centered by the body (5).

Options two and three quite similar, the difference just in the order.
