check_acquisition_completeness: catch case when ASF result is empty #229

The function s1ard.search.check_acquisition_completeness checks the ASF repository for existing scenes if slice information cannot be retrieved from the metadata (NRT slicing mode). This info is needed for determining whether a scene has neighbors. The case that scenes might be missing on ASF was not considered yet.
