So the color and fonts were on purpose. I'm not sure if they didn't get implemented because if it was difficult or for some other reason. I guess we'll need to discuss the color in relation to the program itself. The B&W is sort of growing on me but I'm not sure it is the final solution.

The font and spacing I would definitely like implemented in a future version. Not sure why it didn't come through here.

Also, I wonder if exit from splash page should be by click rather than timed fade. If we keep the timed fade, it may need to be longer
