Tide SDK icon on Win version of app #66

For the current 1.1.5 release, the Windows icon for the program is the TideSDK wave. It should be the LR icon. The correct icon is located at

/Dropbox/KKKN/Lab Retriever/GUI notes and comps/Graphics/LR logo/LR-logo.png
