Some scripts still contain the new base URL which might not be accessible by Swisscom customers while firewall team opens "old" URL. Such customers must modify the scripts to connect to "http://soap.mobileid.swisscom.com". Affected files:
bash/mobileid.properties

  • perl/mobileid.pm
  • php/mobileid.php
  • powershell/mobileid_sharp.ps1
  • php/mobileid.wsdl
  • wsdl/mobileid.wsdl

Ah, so the problem is in the Reference Guide: The published version 2.4 (https://www.swisscom.ch/content/dam/swisscom/de/biz/mobile-id/technische-details/pdf/mobile-id-client-reference-guide-v-2-4.pdf) still references https://soap.mobileid.swisscom.com in chapter 3.1.

Correct, this URL should still work and the updated documentation is addressed in documentation 2.5 (see internal 3562)

undone - need to address this with new customers until reference guide and firewall team is updated
