In case the "last commit" of an repo to scan is too old (depending on the schedule maybe one day), a message to the Operator should be send.

f23538d#diff-d12009a2e103ac30ae320fa7de756422050a035a836c025cf78a2b822ee14166 broke the Collector because the default NAMESPACE_MAPPINIG was wrong, afterwards. This lead to no scanninig afterwards, in case the NAMESPACE_MAPPINIG hasn't been set (fixed in #43).
