✅ What happened this week?

1. Clarified requirements for the "Sparkassen card"
2. Created and/or structured all issues related to implementation
   2.1 Created new issues
   2.2 Updated old issues to fit our standards
   2.3 Added the planned Effort
   2.4 Tried moving old issues to correct phase
   (2.5 Updated the time tracking table)
3. Closed old roadmap
4. Cleaned backlog
   4.1 Archived old issues
   4.2 Created a roadmap
   4.3 Added all issues

👣 What are the next steps?

1. Order the issues
2. Calculate the total time
3. Realistically set a goal for our application
4. Create Architecture for the "Sparkassen card" requirement => this must not be done

🤺 What were challenges we faced?

1. Our time management in the beginning is really messed up

💡 What did we learn?

1. We will open the status report at the beginning of the week instead of the end. This way every team member can add what he did directly after finishing. Before one team member had the tedious task of asking everyone else who did what, which led to more time spend as well as less specific status reports.
