3:Description: On adding an admin with already existing email, an error appears in the console and no error message appears
4: Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. login as an admin
2. add admin with an email of already existing email
3. press add admin

5: Expected result: There should be an error message telling me that there already exists a user with this email
