Bot doesn't send descriptive responses

3. Description: since "help" is recognizable by the bot, I expect that at least the bot would send back the commands it can perform, and not "how can i help you?"
I tried typing in "commands" , "what can you do" , "command" , "services" to get a list of the possible commands but nth worked.

4. Steps to reproduce the issue: type in any of the above messages

5. Expected result: descriptive responses, more user-friendly; this is a poor ux.
