There is a old mail thread discussed about the LFS support (i.e. _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64). It was rejected because fts.h didn't support it.
After this glibc commit, fts.h now supports LFS. I think we could consider enable the flags by default in libselinux so they can work on files greather than 2.1GB on 32bit platform.
