Feature description
Schedule should be validated before it is sent to the API.

Proposed solution

Schedule should be validated before it is sent to the API.
Check for:
Appointment out of bounds (before 8:30AM / After 9pm)
Appointment overlap (can't have the same teacher teach two different streams at the same time, can't have two of the same streams at the same time)

No stream info yet, leaving it for the time being and may have to be scrapped.
