Issue Deliverable: Step-by-step instructions (with screenshots) for loading data into Salesforce using DataLoader or an alternative free and generally available ETL tool. It's especially important to describe how to take the IDs created from the first CSV import and use a VLOOKUP to populate lookup fields on related records. A good example would be how to import Campaigns, Contacts, and Campaign Members (since this otherwise would not be possible out of the box with the NPSP Data Import Tool).

This will be a companion doc to https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ofzF2MHs9orse2cbRBB4gVDams4rI5FLwOmJzBt6wOQ/edit#heading=h.q53g82k908vv

Attached is an old example that needs to be updated and generalized for community use!
