Proof-of-Concept level code to convert an object describe into Snowfakery recipe snippet

To help get work out details of an eventual UI, one of the things it would be helpful to do is be able to run a an object describe remotely (via jsforce, cumulusci, or sfdx) and generate a Snowfakery macro or recipe snippet that would generate that object.
